The Security Center is designed to enforce greater security when creating passwords for users. It also has a section where you can quickly see all the persons who have a certain User Role. The Maxium Refund Amount can also be set on this screen.

Create Enforced Password Rules
1. To begin, click on the box marked Enforce strong password rules:

2. Select the options you wish enforce by click on the checkboxes, you can use any combination. Below we show that we want a password with a minimum of 8 characters, at least one upper case letter is required, and it cannot have more then 2 identical consecutive characters. Click Submit to save you changes.

3. When successful the system will display a message of Password Rules set up saved. If you want to see which of your users have Weak passwords that don't conform to you new settings, click on the Show weak passwords button.

Refund Maximum Amount

Enter the Refund Maximum Amount as decided by the administrators. This will affect those users with the "Refund - Basic" user role, but those with "Refund - Advanced" will be able to override the maximum refund amount.
User Roles
This section will show you all the persons in your database that have a particular User Role.
1. Select the User Role from the dropdown and click Search

2. The system will display the results, if any, below this main section.
