Dear Shelter,
Introduced in February of 2005, PetPoint is now the fastest growing shelter software program available! More than 200 organizations are now licensed to use PetPoint and an average of 7-8 new organizations are being added to this list each week.
In response to this overwhelming interest, Pethealth will be showcasing the next generation of PetPoint at the upcoming Animal Care Expo in Anaheim, CA. This newest version will include a Humane Law Enforcement / Field Services module that handles dispatching, bite and cruelty investigations as well as violations and citations.
Modules for Licensing, Scheduling (including intake waiting lists & events) and Hotline Support will also be added as will a Daily Activity Manager (for tracking daily tasks) and reports that provide data compliant with the Asilomar Accords and Maddie’s Fund program. Electronic animal record transfers between organizations using PetPoint will also be facilitated in order to minimize redundant data entry.
In addition to the Exhibit Hall, Pethealth has reserved space on March 9th and March 10th for demonstrating the PetPoint software. Organizations currently evaluating the implementation of new shelter software and/or looking to lower their current IT related expenses will have an opportunity to see the newest version of PetPoint and talk first-hand with members of the development team. In addition to extensive experience in using, supporting and developing shelter software programs, members of the PetPoint development team are also experienced shelter veterans who understand animal flow processes and shelter operations.
