The PetPoint Summit was a wonderful place to learn effective data management from qualified speakers who understand the realities of shelter life.
The conference seemed to have drawn in a good mix of people including those who normally would not be attending a national level conference as audience members. Good selection of speakers/topics that tied into the software. Definitely worthwhile.
Every speaker was informative and presented well. The location was amazing and the food was great. This is by far the best conference I’ve been to and hope more will come. Thanks!

As a brand new user of PetPoint I found their conference to be insightful, exciting, energizing and above all else, educational. The staff of PetPoint was extremely friendly and made certain that each attendee received the most benefit from the workshops. In addition the selected speakers offered valuable advice on issues animal sheltering organizations face. I intend to fully apply what I learned, particularly in regards to actionable statistics that I can obtain via PetPoint. I only wish that the conference lasted longer!
I honestly think the PetPoint Summit was very beneficial to all parties involved and also gave myself and others confidence in Pethealth as a company. Presentations provided a better understanding of our function and goals of Pethealth and its products so that I can aid consumers that come visit my shelter on a daily basis.
The Summit was a great opportunity to learn more about the strategic uses of Petpoint, from testing the effectiveness of cleaning protocols to tracking the demographics of adopters and potential donors. Most valuable to me as an administrator, I was able to get my "burning Petpoint questions" answered at the Summit and work directly with Pethealth's CTO to discover workarounds to meet my shelter's most pressing needs. Combined with the lovely conference venue and great people I met, these highlights make the Summit a must-go for shelter professionals who use Petpoint. I'm so glad I went!
Petpoint Summit 2009 was a great opportunity to really learn all the capabilities that PetPoint has to offer. This database truly does cater to the needs of an animal welfare organization and this informative session helps you to unlock the true potential of this tool. It was wonderful to be able to speak to so many knowledgeable developers and database technicians, they were always eager to answer every individual's questions. They not only did an excellent job of educating users of its current functions, but also revealed some very exciting features yet to come in the future!
