Pethealth Community

The Pethealth Software Services team has created an included single self-service portal that provides our valuable shelter partners with access to all of our support resources to include hundreds of detailed knowledge articles, just in time and extensive web based training courses, onboarding resources, an improved submission form to obtain assistance from your PetPoint support team, a discussion forum to discuss shelter related issues and best practices with other PetPoint shelter partners, and so much more.  This Pethealth Community is accessible only to our PetPoint shelter partners by choosing Support > Community from within PetPoint.

PetPoint Support

Live Support is available via Pethealth Community to all PetPoint software users from 9am to 7pm Eastern Monday through Friday (excluding US holidays). Additionally, Enhanced Support shelter partners have access to chat and phone support during our business hours along with emergency support 24x7.
